Delete your Tolkimogi account

In the app

1. Open Tolkimogi and tap the gear at the top right (Settings).
2. Open Data and privacy.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion cannot be undone. It waits until nothing is still running on the account, such as a conversation or a phone call that has not yet been closed and counted; the app tells you if you need to try again. Unused minutes are lost; a subscription must be cancelled separately in Google Play or the App Store.

What is deleted

• On our server, at once: your account, its sign-in links, phone line, phone transcripts, reports about AI answers and consents. Diagnostic recordings are deleted right after; if that fails, they are removed by the automatic 7-day deletion.
• On your phone: conversations, Notes, documents, Assistant chats and questionnaire answers.

What is kept

Records of minutes, conversations (start, length, cost) and purchases are kept under a new random number instead of your account, for accounting. A protected device identifier is kept so that free minutes cannot be claimed again. None of them contains conversation content. Copies you made yourself, such as an export file or calendar events, stay where you saved them.

Without the app

Write to support@tolkimogi.com from the email you want us to answer. The account is anonymous: our server holds no email or name, and the key to it lives only in the app. If the account had a phone line, tell us that phone number and we will delete the account. Otherwise we cannot tell which account is yours; it holds no conversation content, and after the app is removed nobody can sign in to it. If you linked Google sign-in, install the app, sign in and delete the account there. We answer within 30 days.
