Who keeps your data

Mykyta.app runs Tolkimogi and is responsible for the waitlist. Contact: hello@tolkimogi.com.

What we keep

Your email, the phone you chose (iPhone or Android), the language of the page, the campaign label in the link you came from (if any), the time you signed up and the version of the consent text you agreed to.

Why and on what basis

Only to invite you to testing. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR, article 6(1)(a)). Giving your email is optional, but without it we cannot invite you.

Where it is kept and who sees it

On servers of our hosting provider in the European Union, which processes the data only on our instructions. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. We may disclose it only to public authorities when the law requires it.

How long

Until you unsubscribe, and at most 12 months after the public launch of the app.

Your rights

At any time you can ask what we keep, get a copy in a portable format, correct or delete it, restrict its processing and withdraw your consent: write to hello@tolkimogi.com or reply “unsubscribe” to our email. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing before it. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the one in your country.

Cookies and logs

The site sets no cookies and uses no trackers. To protect the site from abuse (our legitimate interest, GDPR, article 6(1)(f)), we use your IP address: it is never written to permanent storage and is deleted within an hour. We count visits without IP addresses.
